Terms of Service Last updated: July 2026 By using AppForge you agree to these terms. ## Service AppForge provides AI-assisted tools to generate mobile app projects. Generated code is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and complying with App Store and Google Play policies before publishing any app you build. ## User-generated and AI-generated content You are solely responsible for content you create, prompts you submit, and apps you generate or publish with AppForge. Do not generate or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or hateful content. We may suspend access for abuse. ## Subscriptions Pro features require a valid purchase via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe on the web. Mobile apps must use the platform store billing for digital subscriptions. Refunds follow the respective store policies. Cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings. ## Acceptable use Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or use AppForge to target children or collect children's data without proper consent and compliance. ## Not for children AppForge is a general-audience developer tool, not a children's app. Users must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. ## Limitation of liability AppForge is not liable for app store rejections, lost revenue, or damages from generated code. Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. ## Export compliance You agree to comply with applicable U.S. export control laws.
